You can

• Install and use the software for your own organization. One purchase covers one organization.
• Change the source code however you like for your own use.
• Run it on as many of your own servers and nodes as you need.
• Run a commercial game hosting business with it.
• Sell game server hosting to your customers, including through the built-in storefront and reseller features.
• Keep using every version you received, even after you cancel.

You can't

• Resell or redistribute the software, its source code or builds, changed or not.
• Sublicense the software to anyone else.
• Publish or share the source code or builds, for example in a public repo.
• Offer the panel software itself to other hosting businesses, for example as a white-label product or a service.

Self-Hosted costs $500 for the first year, then $100/year for updates through the private GitHub repo. It renews automatically and you can cancel anytime. If you cancel, your access to the repo is removed at the end of your paid period, but your license to the versions you received never expires. You can resubscribe later to catch up. The software is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind.

The purchase doesn't include support. You get the code, the docs and updates while your subscription is active.
