1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GameCP's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

GameCP is a game server hosting control panel that allows users to create, manage, and control game servers.

3. Account Registration & Subscriptions

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information as needed
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others

Subscriptions & Billing: Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) at the rate displayed at checkout. Prices are per node connected to your account. You may upgrade, downgrade, or change your node count at any time from your dashboard. Changes are prorated for the current billing cycle.

Free Trials: If you sign up for a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being billed.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree to use GameCP responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the service to host, distribute, or facilitate illegal content or activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Exceed your plan's resource limits or abuse shared infrastructure
• Use the service for cryptocurrency mining, DDoS attacks, or other abusive purposes
• Resell or redistribute access to the service without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in activities that negatively impact other users or the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of GameCP are owned by GameCP and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

7. Analytics & Service Data

To maintain and improve the GameCP platform, we collect usage data from authenticated users as part of normal service operation. This includes:

• Feature usage patterns and navigation activity within the platform
• Performance metrics such as page load times and error rates
• Server management actions (e.g., starts, stops, configuration changes)
• Session information to support platform functionality and security

This data is collected only after you log in and is tied to your account for the purpose of delivering and improving the service. By creating an account and using GameCP, you consent to this data collection as described here and in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell this data to third parties or use it for advertising.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

In no event shall GameCP be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
